"Chief Automation Officer Ltd.", Company Reg. No. 516213956 ("the Company") thanks you for choosing to use the Company's website and/or the Officer system. The Company respects the privacy of the customers and users of the website and the system, and attaches great importance to protecting it. This Privacy Policy forms an integral part of the Terms and Conditions of Use.

1. Information Collected on the Site and System:
   1. When leaving details on the website and/or the system, the user will be asked to provide personal details such as: first name, last name, email address, telephone number, password, etc. (at the Company's discretion). The information you provide upon registration on the website and/or the system is collected by the website and the system.

In addition, the Company restricts access to personal and confidential information so that such access is granted only to employees who need this information for the operation of the system and the actions that can be performed through the system. However, due to technological limitations, the Company does not warrant that your personal information, and any other information transmitted electronically, will be completely immune from unauthorized access.
   2. The information that the Company collects is stored in the database. We store information at various sites and on servers, including sites based on cloud technology.
5. Information Security:
   1. The website and the system take reasonable steps to help protect the security of users' personal data. The website and the system make efforts to collect and secure the information in accordance with the Privacy Policy and the laws and regulations applicable in the State of Israel.
   2. It is important to remember that one cannot guarantee one hundred percent protection against hostile and determined activity by hostile parties, and therefore these measures do not provide absolute security, and the website and the system do not warrant that the services on the website and the system will be completely immune from unauthorized access to the information collected therein.

6. Right of Access to Information Collected on the Site and System and Stored in the Database:
   1. Pursuant to the Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981 (the "Law"), users have the right to request access to the personal data and information that the website and the application collect about them.
   2. Every person is entitled to inspect information about them held in a database. Accordingly, users have the right to request that the Company correct or update their personal data when it is inaccurate or incomplete, and the right to request that the Company delete the user's personal data. In addition, if the information in the Company's databases is used for the purpose of a personal approach to you, you are entitled under the Privacy Protection Law to demand in writing that the information relating to you be deleted from the database, unless the Company is required to retain the information by law.

Therefore, the Company does not warrant that the platform will be completely immune from unauthorized access to the information stored in it.
